If your order includes a bike and is ordered before 12:00, it will be dispatched the same day on a 24 hour delivery service from DPD or DHL and a signature on delivery may be required*. If ordered after 12:00, it will be sent out the next working day (Mon-Fri) on a 24 hour delivery service. Please note our warehouse does not ship over weekends or UK bank holidays.
We despatch all orders from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri. Standard delivery time is 48 hours, but please allow 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) during busier times. Once your item has left our warehouse you will receive tracking information to your email used at checkout, sent from the courier. If you haven’t received this don’t forget to check your junk folder.
* The default setting is that a signature is required, but you have the option to select “safe place” or “collection point” with DHL and DPD:
1. Please note that if you do authorise DPD/DHL to leave your bike in a ‘safe place’ this will be at your risk because dispensing with the need for a signature removes the control Rascal has over guaranteeing safe delivery. In the unfortunate event that you do select a “ safe place” and your bike does go missing please understand Rascal is not responsible and that you will need to dispute the missing delivery with DPD directly. Please note that DHL/DPD terms and conditions do not guarantee that your bike will be delivered to your specified safe place, or that it will remain there until you return home.
2. If you believe your item(s) have not been delivered (even though the tracking states they have been delivered), DPD have a strict 72hr cut off time where claims can be made so please contact us urgently to report so we can request proof of delivery from DPD and assist you further.
Please note that all our prices are calculated inclusive of all of our costs and therefore VAT will not be deducted from the price shown at checkout. VAT refunds can therefore not be given on purchases.

Returns Policy
Any unwanted product must be returned within 60 days from when your Rascal order is delivered.
To receive a full refund on your return, all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them. If an item or its packaging is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a full refund. All items are inspected on return.
